🧭Case study: HEInnovate at the Heart of UTS Innovation Strategy

At the University of Technology Sydney (Australia), the HEInnovate tool guided a series of workshops involving 38 participants across academic and professional services. Using all eight dimensions and 56 Action Cards, UTS mapped existing strengths, surfaced overlooked opportunities, and gathered over 450 pieces of input to shape its strategic direction.

The process led to a formal proposal to the Vice Chancellor and set the foundation for the university’s first dedicated Innovation Strategy, anchored in evidence and co-created by its community.

👥 CEI Activity Report: Highlights from the First Half of 2025

The Community for Educational Innovation (CEI) now spans over 1,300 members in 92 countries, uniting educators, policymakers, and practitioners. Highlights from the first half of 2025 include three thematic webinars and the first in-person study visit in Barcelona, with more activities planned ahead.

🧭 In Case You Missed It – HEInnovate at EAIR 2025

At the EAIR Forum in Utrecht, HEInnovate facilitated a workshop on entrepreneurial resilience. Participants explored all eight dimensions in a live self-assessment and used Action Cards to reflect on strengths and improvement areas. Ecosystem engagement stood out, while impact measurement and digital transformation emerged as common challenges.
