Welcome to Day Five of the challenge.
You're almost one week into the challenge now and I hope that you're starting to experience some real benefits.
We've talked about avoiding social situations over the last few videos, but of course, you can't avoid them forever, and nor should you want to.
Being alcohol-free shouldn't feel like a punishment or like you're missing out, but there are definitely some tips and tricks you can use to help you get through this challenge without getting caught out by a social event.
