Happy Friday Friends!

"Welcome back to "The Cre8tive Life"- your weekly newsletter full of lifestyle tips, smiles, and cool things to check out!

I am feeling a bit socially drained at the moment- and in a bit of an introverted zone. So, I don't have a lot of words to share here this week...but, I am holding myself accountable to still put something out, because of my promise to myself to do so; and, because this is my way of "putting out some good energy" into the world for those who may need it.

Random stories, pictures, video highlights, and other life musings can be found on my personal instagram page (@e101) and official brand page (@thecre8tiveartisan) throughout the week (when/if I end up posting anything).

*And, if you have missed any previous newsletters, feel free to check out the archive section on my website: HERE.

Continued prayers that you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy out there 💗.

My weekly (random) compilation of some of my favorite "cre8tive" things that I want to share:

  • FAVORITE WORD: Lacuna (noun): a blank space, or missing part

  • ADVICE: “When the music changes, so does the dance." --African Proverb

  • MOOD MUSIC: One of my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE musicians, Lianne La Havas, released this NPR Tiny Desk (from home) Concert this week, and it brought me all the musical feels of happy that my spirit needed.

  • QUARANTINE RECOMMENDATION: I know that we all may be a bit "virtualed out" (I may have just made up a word there...but, hey, we'll go with it); however, for those who are looking to up their skill sets- you may find something new and cool to learn with these free classes

  • COOKERY MAGIC: In one of my random strolls through YouTube, I came across this recipe for 1 Minute 2 Ingredient Instant Donuts. Let me know if you try it out! They look pretty cool!

  • LIFESTYLE TIP: Are you starting to feel like your schedule is all over the place, and that you are lacking a purposeful routine? If you answered yes, you may find this 6 Minute Miracle Morning practice to be a helpful refuel starter.

A thought to reflect on.

This week's challenge is to reflect on something that you may be upset about or feel challenged by, and to think of a way to view it as a new opportunity.

My sincerest apologies for delaying the announcement of the next date for this!

However, if you know me personally, you also know I can't (and won't) do things "half-a$$". And, if my mood & energy aren't in the right place, that is exactly what this will be 😔. So, stay tuned for a future announcement of the future date- I promise it will be soon!

For those who haven't filled out the survey, I can definitely still use your feedback. So, if you have not done so already, please take  5 minutes to fill out:

Thanks sooooooo much in advance for your time!

***Totally disregard this part of the newsletter if you have already done this.

Lastly, if you happen to have any future topic ideas, or come across any events I should know about, PLEASE feel free to send those along my way. I always LOVE discovering and learning about new things!

Have a great day, and be sure to take time to enjoy your life!

*"The Cre8tive Life" is the weekly "feel good" component of my consultancy, The Cre8tive Artisan, which is where I "make the magic happen" and curate engaging lifestyle events that help connect us humans in deeper ways. Feel free to CHECK OUT MY WEBSITE to see what I do, and let me know if there is ever anything I can do to help you out! As always, if this newsletter is "not your thing", please feel free to unsubscribe (however, I really hope you don't).
