Wine + Food VIP Experience

Sunday, June 9th will bring a celebration of the finest Brandywine Valley wines and culinary delights at Kennett Summerfest Wine + Food Festival. Tickets go on sale this Saturday, March 23rd at 10 am.

This year's VIP experience highlights gastronomic local delights paired with exceptional wines from our esteemed local winemakers. Enjoy an exclusive VIP reception hour, including complimentary small plate pairings from local chefs and samples from local food artisans. It is a perfect afternoon for couples, groups, foodies, and wine connoisseurs.

Weaving Pop-Up

Join this weaving event with Tie-Up Textiles & worKS! Kathleen Fitzpatrick, the founder and designer of Tie-Up Textiles, will be showcasing her talent and the work that goes into creating fabric on the loom, while attendees can enjoy complimentary drinks and appetizers. Also shop a curated collection of woven benches, home goods, and woven panel utility jackets, with the ability to place custom orders!

Watercolor Workshop

This workshop is perfectly suited for watercolor artists looking to elevate their work and add a touch of magic to their paintings. Over the course of two days, under the tutelage of award-winning watercolor artist Radhika Srinivas, explore the techniques and subtleties required to infuse your watercolor landscapes with depth, distance, and emotion, all while working with a limited color palette.

An Evening of Promise

Family Promise of SCC is dedicated to ending Family Homelessness with the goal of achieving sustainable housing and stability. Join this family-friendly event and support their incredible work in the community. The night includes face painting, balloon sculpting, and live music!

Register as a vendor for the opportunity for families and the public to learn about your organization and the services you offer (think summer camps & programs for children!). Then , stay for a presentation by state officials on the expansion of the Imagination Library early literacy program!
