Dear Esteemed HIGHTEX 2024 Exhibitor,
The settlement of the HIGHTEX 2024 International Technical Textiles and Nonwoven Exhibition, which will take place on 4- 8 June 2024, will start at 09.00 a.m. on 29 May / Friday.
In order to check and approve the following issues, our esteemed exhibitors who will have decoration, are required to send their 3D projects to iletisim@hightex.com.tr and teknikofis@tuyap.com.tr and upload them to the Exhibitor Online System until 3 May 2024. We would like to inform you that the date of approval of the Decoration Project, which was previously announced as 10 May, has been changed to 3 May.
- In the exhibition halls, the façade determined as the common border between the two booths can be closed by both companies with a maximum height of 4 meters and 50% of the length of the façade with the booth construction materials, provided that it starts from the exhibitor wall side.
- In 4-sided open (island) areas, the booth wall can only be installed on a single facade and covering maximum of 50% of this facade.
- In areas open on 3 sides (peninsula), the booth can be installed on the entire facade corresponding to the ridge, but the booth (wall) cannot be installed on other facades.
Two-Floor Stand Application: In two-floor stand applications, the stand height (stand top elevation) cannot exceed the heights specified below. The two-floor stand application is made by taking these height limits into consideration. In the two-floor stand application requested by the tenant, the static calculation report including the stand project and static calculations must be submitted to us at least 30 days before the exhibition. Two-floor stand application will not be permitted without approval. For the two-floor stand application, an additional protocol will be signed following the approval.
The two-floor stand application is limited to a maximum of 50% of the rented area and the fee is calculated as 50% of the second floor stand area square meter X unit square meter price and collected separately.
In this respect, we kindly request all participants who will have the two- floor application to share their projects and contact their customer representatives until 29 April.
Maximum Stand Heights According to the Halls:
- 5.5 meters in halls 3,4,5,6,7,8,11 and 12 except where restricted.
- 4 meters in hall 6 except where restricted.
- 5 meters in halls 1,2,10,11A except where restricted.
