"Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand"

Isaiah 41:10(NKJV)

I welcome you gloriously to the twelfth month of the year.

I am delighted to announce that God has promised to help us still. The last nine months has been unprecedented, full of uncertainty, anxiety, and fear of the unknown. If it has not been the Lord who has been on our side like a mighty warrior, I wonder what would have come of us, but glory to his name.

We can now boldly say, He is our helper for He himself has said “I will never leave you nor forsake you. (Hebrews 13:5). God has been faithful all through hallelujah.

Definition of help is to give or provide what is necessary to accomplish a task or satisfy a need; to contribute strength or means to; render assistance to; cooperate effectively with; aid; assist.

God is our only sure help, in the person of the Holy Spirit. When every other help ceases, His divine assurance of assistance and reliability is always present, stretching out his hands to help us always.

When we thank him and praise him (as I encourage you to do throughout this month and beyond), He allays our fears, and our focus turns to Him and not ourselves. For of ourselves we can do nothing, He is our refuge and strength, a present help in trouble. (Ps.46:1)
