We're in the final stretch of 2021! We're writing to you to say, first & foremost, THANK YOU for sticking with us on this journey.
This newsletter is the last of the year, and as we're wrapping up here, we very much appreciate all of you for following our Work and taking the time to read through our Ideas.
We are continuing to pursue engagements that take us into new territories. For example, in the past few months, we've worked on solidifying CX strategy within a global luxury sporting goods retailer and understanding the defense contracting industry, to name a few.
Likewise, we are rethinking our business model for 2022 to center on longer-term engagements with a retainer structure. Whether working with UX or CX challenges, making a difference takes time. We can best add value when we can see our efforts through.
