Good Foundations: Dependability

Good Foundations: Dependability

Hello

We all know the story of the Tortoise and the Hare. The moral being that it’s far, far better to be the slow, dependable, plodding tortoise, than the racy, fly-by-night, slightly flakey hare. Well, business is pretty much like this race too.

We might all secretly want our business to be viewed as an exciting, inspirational hub of dynamism– but if that means we let the odd ball drop, and our clients can’t be sure we’ll deliver what they’re paying for, then things might not turn out too well in the end.

We’re not saying you need to take it to the limits and be dull and boring, but we certainly ARE saying you need to be dependable. Otherwise, how can your customers know they can, um, depend on you?

Read our checklist of ways you can demonstrate your dependability to your prospects and customers – without being the slightest bit dull or boring.
