Greetings, everyone.
Last Saturday Todd Segal presented the idea of a TI enclave at the RV park where he is residing called Freedom Ranch. Since then, he's been deluged with calls and inquiries about housing.
A few TI's are starting to make plans to re-locate up there and he's hoping to fill the park wall to wall with TI's once the rest of the current occupants head out for the winter. This he expects to happen around mid-December.
For the first time, TI's would live cooperatively and help each other with the many issues that most currently face alone.
Below is a review of the features at Freedom Ranch.
FREEDOM RANCH
-- An RV park located in Rock County near the town of Luverne, Minnesota.
Park amenities include:
- 11 hook-ups for RV's
- Cars and vans accessible, also
- Camping (recommended for spring, summer and autumn months)
- Free Wi-fi
- Bath house with shower and laundry facilities (to be completed within a couple weeks)
- $350/ month
- Shopping, dining, banks, post office in the nearby town of Luverne, MN. Nearest Wal-Mart is about a 20 minute drive
