The one6G Open Lectures continue their journey into the heart of next-generation connectivity! Following our exploration of Non-Terrestrial Networks, the one6G Association is proud to announce Open Lecture 12, focusing on the critical bridge between theory and reality: Experimental Technologies for 6G.

The one6G Summit returns for its sixth edition, continuing its legacy as a premier platform for global expert discussions on the future of connectivity. This year, the one6G Summit will be held at King's College London together with the 2026 IEEE International Conference on Standards for Communications and Networking (CSCN) as part of the London 6G Week.

We are pleased to announce the release of the second edition of the one6G white paper “6G Architectural Foundations and AI-Native Solutions for Future Connected Robotics.”

This edition was developed together with the euRobotics Connected Robotics Topic Group, marking a new level of alignment between the telecoms and robotics communities. This jointly authored edition brought together experts from more than 20 organizations across academia, industry, and research, providing a technically grounded view of how 6G architectures and AI-native capabilities would support scalable and interoperable connected robotics. The paper was presented during the workshop “6G Empowering Multipurpose Robotics” at the European Robotics Forum 2026 in Stavanger.

The one6G and euRobotics Workshop #47, titled 6G Empowering Future Multi-Purpose Robotics, took place on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, bringing together leading experts from academia, research institutes, and industry to explore how 6G technologies will shape the future of multi-purpose robotics.

As the global mobile industry gathered for MWC Barcelona 2026, the one6G Association further solidified its strategic partnership with GTI by playing a prominent role in the 44th GTI Workshop. Held from February 28 to March 1, the workshop served as a high-level forum for industry leaders to synchronize on the evolution of 5G-Advanced and the burgeoning architecture of 6G.

We are happy to announce that several one6G leaders and contributors were highlighted on the “100 Brilliant and Inspiring Women in 6G” list. The ranking recognizes female trailblazers who are moving beyond theoretical research to actively building the infrastructure and ecosystems required for the next generation of mobile connectivity.
