I recently noticed the open letter from our Flemish Government Architect. The letter is already one year old and has an important message: let’s use the introduction of e-cars as a lever for the transition of the public space.
An insightful recommendation regarding e-chargers followed last week. You can read it here. It is addressed to our policymakers, while the best solutions will come from citizens acting together.
E-charging will become a digitized commonality for the neighborhood. They will have a common-owned digital wallet and a co-governed set of rules.
These commonalities will deliver superior quality at the lowest cost, and revenue will stay within the community. No top-down structure (neither public nor corporate) organizational format will be able to concur with it.
