Our people - to- people industry

COVID-19 is a virus that has taken us all by surprise. New protocols had to be developed that are fitting for the cause. There is no existing blueprint to guide us thus we have to adapt. All our efforts to comply have meant that a few changes had to be made for the health and safety of you our guest, their families and also that of our staff.
Reception

Hands free sanitizing stations are being installed at reception entrance. Thermal scanning will be done upon arrival.  No entry without a face mask.
Communal area

Hands free sanitizing stations are being installed where needed. No entry without a face mask. No bare feet allowed.
Check - in/ Check- out

On-line forms will be send to your e-mail to be completed and re-send back to us before arrival date. The form will be in your specific accommodation just to be signed. Thermal scanning will be done on check - in and check-out dates. Check-out will be arranged upon arrival to suit protocol needs.
Accommodation & activities

Avoid touching  your eyes, nose and mouth. In each accommodation there will be a 70% alcohol based hand sanitizer to be used during your stay with us.  Game drives will have similar protocols to be adhered to.
Wash your hands regularly with soap or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. – Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. – Avoid close contact with people and keep a safe distance. – Cover your cough or sneeze with a flexed elbow or a tissue, then throw the tissue in the bin. – Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces. - If anything is unclear please visit reception.
