We’re hard at work editing and formatting, and hope to get the final pub date approved by the end of the month. (What we can say: late fall, between two major US holidays. 🍁) In the meantime, here’s a few FAQ:
Q. Where will it be sold?
A. Through Amazon, in 8”X11” paperback and e-book format. That means if you can order through Amazon in your country, you can get one… woohoo! 🥳
Q. Can I pre-order it right now?
A. Amazon says not until we finish all the formatting. It also looks like they’re only allowing preorder campaigns for digital copies currently 😢, BUT, we’re going to run some giveaways for the paperback version as we get closer to the release date! Q. Is this all new material? Or is it the same stuff that’s published on the website?
A. Some of the games and lesson activities have been previously included in HorseSense Teaching Guides and/or blog posts. (It didn’t make much sense to leave out the good ones!) But there are also new lesson ideas in every chapter, and a LOT of additional information on running a successful unmounted program. 📚 And you don’t have to download and print 70 separate files to reference it all! 😉
Q. Do I have to use Learning Levels to get the most out the book?
A. Nope! While the book mentions our Levels curriculum and related materials occasionally, it functions perfectly well without it.
