Prayer requests from Resonate Global Mission missionaries and ministry leaders
Prayer Points

Prayer Points from ministry leaders around the world:

  • Give thanks for the faith community that Geneva Campus Ministry, a Resonate partner at the University of Iowa, provides for students. “I enjoyed being able to talk about my beliefs and my faith with others my age,” said one student. “That is not something that happens often on a college campus, and Geneva provided a space for it.”

  • Give thanks for Noah, who recently decided to follow Christ and be baptized after being discipled by John Bouwers. Please pray for Noah as he continues to grow as a disciple.

  • “Thank God for the witness of Onyx 2 members in their communities,” said Justin Van Zee, who works with Resonate in leadership development in Cambodia. The young leaders he works with as part of a ministry called Onyx 2 visited families who are struggling financially due to the Covid-19 pandemic to hear their stories, pray with them, and provide them with some food and supplies to help with relief.

  • Thousands of people have found healing through Healing Hearts, Transforming Nations. Please pray for Resonate missionary George de Vuyst, Joseph Nyamutera, and their team as they introduce this ministry to North America.

  • Pray for individuals who are part of Resonate’s Go Local cohorts. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide these cohort members as they seek to be good neighbors and to share the love of Christ. Pray for opportunities to share the good news of Jesus.

  • Resonate missionaries Steve and Chris Van Zanen, who serve at LCC International University in Lithuania, give thanks for student leaders. Four student leaders are Christians who come from a Muslim background—and that can capture the attention of other students. Pray that the Holy Spirit will work through these students!

Your Prayer Matters!

Resonate missionaries in West Africa recently asked you to pray for peace in the midst of conflict and political upheaval. Thank you for praying!

“We are grateful to share that things ...returned to calm very quickly,” they said. “We give thanks to God for his grace and for peace during this time of unknowns.”
