We hope that you and your families are well! Sadly, we are still not able to host in-person classes at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation and will look to resume classes once it is safe to do so.
That being said, WE MISS YOU! So we are making the transition to online classes! This way, you can find your OM at your home! We will be using Zoom to host classes, and will be starting the week of March 30th!
Online Class Guidelines:
- Please register (via MindBody) for online classes no less than 20 minutes before the start of the class time. You can choose to use an existing class pass or pay the price for each online class.
- 10 minutes before the class, an email will be sent, detailing sign-in instructions.
- Each class will have a unique password. Be sure to check your junk mail if you don't see the email with the password. If you have any issues, message us via Instagram.
- Set up your display (phone / tablet / computer / smart TV), so that the teacher can easily view your postures during the practice. You are welcome to turn off the camera, but the visual helps the teacher instruct class much like a "live" one.
- Some teachers may offer a playlist for you to listen to as you practice. All playlists can be found on our Spotify page.
We look forward to connecting with you in this new way! The exciting part of it is that we can now practice with so many students who are not in the Toronto area! We're also excited to continue to foster a place for our amazing community to connect and interact.
