Did you know? With our scheduling software, we can track the kind of time employees spend. For example, we categorize time by "service desk," "program," "acquisitions," and the most important-- "vacation!" The goal is to make sure each Library Associate spends at least 50% of their day directly serving the public, either at the service desk or by hosting a program.
