FSU’s new dining facility serves up tasty, fresh foods for everyone

FSU's newest dining facility, “1851,” opened last week with expanded meal options emphasizing healthy, fresh and locally sourced foods. The concept of 1851, which is actually four “micro-restaurants” plus a convenience store in one spacious 24,000-square-foot facility at 824 W. Jefferson St., is unique to campus and on the leading edge of a national trend. Read more ...
