Note #4 -Superbowl survival guide
I don't watch sports but I note the superbowl is this weekend (social media is filled with it).
Also of note is that every fitness person out there is posting the Superbowl Survival Guide. Basically tips and tricks to not over eat, over indulge, or partake in the consumption of less-than-nutritious foods.
Here is my survival guide if you are hosting or going to a superbowl party or are just watching it on your own:

This is EXACTLY WHEN you SHOULD be eating things that are really meant to be treats.
Eat non-processed foods 90% of the time. The rest of the time eat whatever the hell you want.
It is the day to day eating that will most impact your health long term, NOT the less frequent parties and celebrations.
