Your board feels different to use, while not looking different
In recent weeks we've made many subtle improvements to how our boards look and feel.
You, as the board owner, might not notice these changes.
Your board's contributors, however, will definitely notice. These are the people who make and upvote suggestions to improve your product.
What's changed?
There are less page refreshes and more in-page interactivity. Things look the same but work in a more modern way. Things feel smoother and quicker.
Some changes include:
- switching between Top/New/Trending no longer reloads the entire page, but just changes the relevant part of the page.
- on your board's search page, results update as you type.
- editing a comment happens directly on the page where you see the comment.
These are just a few examples. We've lightly touched many small things that, in my opinion, add up to make a better experience for your contributors.
Using custom CSS?
Please take a moment to check your board to make sure it still appears as intended.
We've taken a lot of care to try to keep all the same CSS classes and layout. But something might have slipped past us. So let us know if you notice anything not looking quite right on your board.
