Zoom Basics
This 90-minute, introductory online training session (hosted as you might expect on Zoom!) aims to give you increased skills and confidence in taking part in online meetings either one to one or in a group.
Aimed at 'Zoom Beginners', the session includes:
- What is Zoom, what are the benefits?
- Finding your way about Zoom
- Taking part in meetings
- Handy hints and tips
- Setting up Meetings (optional)
- We'll also include time for all your questions and concerns.

An introduction to the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016 Dementia Carers
Details:
This friendly, informal workshop will give participants the knowledge and understanding of the rights the Carers Act gives carers, including the Adult Carer Support Plan, and the other responsibilities of local authorities set out in this Act.
There will be the chance for group discussions and questions.

Carers’ rights:
hospital admissions and discharge – Dementia Carers
Details:
This friendly, informal workshop covers carers’ rights in relation to hospital discharge and other useful considerations for carers during a planned or emergency hospital admission and stay. There will be the opportunity for group discussions and questions.
