PACTS INTERNATIONAL'S SEMI-ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DRIVE IS HAPPENING DURING THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER!
Our semi-annual membership drive winds up this week. Thanks so much' to those who have joined and are joining. It is much appreciated.
We have had a phenomenal year this year and there's still more to come! And we have only been able to provide the services we have because of your continued support. Here's a quick summary:
- We were instumental in establishing contact with the United Nations Special Rapporteur who then gave our cause a name, 'cybertorture' and posted some of our community organizations' information and individual testimonies on their website
- Started PACTS, International TV
- Brought Chief Daymond Jones to our community
- Participated in the launch of ICATOR, our community's first international cybertorture coalition
- Helped open the first RV park for cybertorture victims in southern Texas
Amazingly, all of the above happened in just this year, 2020. Plus, our ongoing programs continue to inspire such as our quarterly magazine, which consistently receives superlative reviews from readers and our liaison with Blogtalkradio host, Rev. Edward Pinkney who continues to draw hundreds of thousands of listeners each week to his program to hear the accounts of cybertorture victims.
And yet there is more, much more to come!
We realize that many incomes have been impacted by the coronavirus situation, which has impacted donations in general, so to those who are able, we appreciate your continued support.

ANDY PARRY'S COMPETITION TO PROMOTE THE USE OF THE UN SPECIAL RAPPORTEUR'S TERM 'CYBERTORTURE!'

I've created a competition where TI's can win a camera and memory card, supplied free by me. My goals are: -
1. To promote the word 'Cybertorture', as is the preferred word by the U.N. (Nils)
2. To collect as much video evidence of stalking that T.I.'s can, and to give them another incentive to do so.
3. To promote the FFTI, Targeted Justice, PACTS Int and Stop007 websites.
4. To turn stalking from negative harassment in to an opportunity to collect evidence, in the minds of T.I.'s, rather than seeing it as a threat.
5. To improve the quality of the evidence collected.
T.I.'s need to move away from fuzzy, shaky videos of gang-stalkers. We need to do everything possible to get the best quality evidence that we can. As a group, we need more evidence that 'contract stalking' (gang-stalking) really does exist and to explain to the public what REALLY is going on.
Stop thinking of contract-stalkers as something to fear, but think of them as an opportunity to collect some real evidence. Seek them out, film them, collect the evidence.
So to this end, we've created a competition to win a brand new MOBIUS MAXI video camera and a 64Gb memory card. It's a 2.7K camera that I highly recommend (I have one that I use on a daily basis).

It's important to read the 'How to Enter the Competition" section on the website, as it has some simple but specific things you need to do when uploading your videos to either Youtube or Bitchute. By entering this competition you'll be doing your bit to help the community and if all goes well, you'll also persuade us that it will be worth creating more (we hope to give away some test equipment in the future).
If we get enough people entering the competition, we'll announce the winner at the end of December/January.

CARL'S RV PARK IS GROWING!

As you can see more RV's are arriving as Carl continues to make more purchases to accommodate newly-arriving residents.
There are a total of four people at the park now and more arriving soon.
CARL'S DESCRIPTION:
"I would welcome other Ti s to Texas if they want to live near other ‘Tis. I have room for up to six Ti s who don’t mind living in a camper of their own. I am basically charging them lot rent of $399 for utilities - water sewer etc.
The property is isolated and in the country.... 15 miles away to two different cities ...1 hour from ocean or San Antonio. No buses or public transportation. But it’s quiet here and I am easy going as well.
Drama people not needed. Everyone should be easy going and calm we could meet once a week and talk to ease some of our issues as it’s always the isolation game with our perps not wanting us to talk to anyone but them.

PORTLAND, OREGON TARGETED INDIVIDUAL MEETING AKA POTS - Saturday, September 26. 2020
This coming Saturday is the September Portland TI event.
Saturday September 26, 2020 is the upcoming targeted “warrior” meeting. I look forward to seeing you all there. We had such an enriching meeting in August. Let’s do it again!
We’re going to meet in front of the library and take it from there. In August we had our meeting outside. It was great getting fresh air while we conducted a productive meeting. Everyone seemed to be taking in the support and warmth of the collective group.

MEAGAN DERRINGER IN JAIL
Meagan is appreciative to all t hose who are responding to this plea for financial assistance and more. She sends her love.
Meagan Derringer is part of the TI community who is currently in jail. She went by ghwarr in the chats on the conference calls and had a twitter account where she contacted people in the defense and academic fields about TI issues. She was a good source of technical information and she writes well. She had an altercation with her mother who she lived in Glen Rose, Texas, and is now in jail waiting for her hearing. Because of Covid, everything in the judicial system has almost come to a standstill.
She is going to be waiting for three or four months to be seen by a judge. She needs financial support for the incidental things in life. It costs money to send emails and make phone calls from jail. It costs if you want anything extra to eat or drink. Little things like a cup of coffee or a coke can help you feel more normal. I am humbly asking you to send her information and this request to your email lists and newsletters. If people could spare $5 or $10 dollars that would be awesome.

Dear all,
We had a pretty successful rally on Saturday at the big Trafalgar Square Anti-Lockdown protest, with 4 Targeted Individuals present and plenty of leaflets given away, whilst for our previous World Day against Targeting on August 29th, ten TIs were present and 200+ leaflets were distributed with plenty of friendly interactions.
I have been for some time in London, supporting the Anti-Lockdown Movement, apart from being totally right in what they advocate, Anti-Lockdown activists are extremely targeted individuals-friendly and a number of them already know about targeting.
(Incidentally, if you are interested, there is also a 24/7 ongoing Anti-Lockdown Vigil in front of No.10 Downing Street.)
Now with one of the two big Anti-Lockdown Rallies planned for September left for this Saturday the 26th and with the DANGER OF AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND'S TOTALLY INSANE "COVID" MARTIAL LAW COMING TO THIS COUNTRY THIS WINTER, I think Targeted Individuals should get together to oppose the lockdown insanity and to campaign with a lot of like-minded, friendly people.
The Anti-Lockdown Protest kicks off at 12pm. We are going to get together on the steps of St-Martins-in-the-Fields at 11.30 am, like we have been doing on August 29th and last Saturday September 19th; then display our banners and placards and start mingling, leaflet and talk to the people there

Meeting up and socializing is an integral part of these events as every past vigil has always been followed by a social/meeting, going to a cafe for a coffee, some food and a big chat...
Getting together is at 11.30am on the steps of st-Martins-in-the-Fields in Trafalgar Square.

Targeting, Gang Staking and all the associated practices are totally illegal, totally immoral, go against the UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which this country has signed, and don't serve any useful purpose other than to allow the Security State to use us as guinea pigs in a vast Social Engineering Program aimed at using harassment and various forms of extra-judicial punishment to create a new layer of Social Control or, if you prefer, an updated version of the old Stasi's Zersetzung Program, which is obviously designed to eventually be rolled out on political activists, whistle-blowers and in time substantial sections of the population.
