2019 BLUEBELL VINEYARD SUPPER CLUB SERIES

Our annual series of Supper Clubs are back by popular demand. This year sponsored by English sparkling wine, Bluebell, hosted by myself and a collection of exciting suppliers, the series is a true celebration of Great British food and drink.

New Spring Dishes!

On our 100% MSC-certified menu (did we mention Lussmanns is the ONLY one in the UK!) you’ll find some delicious new fish choices including Monkfish served with North African spiced cauliflower and coriander fregola, alongside Plaice with brown shrimp, paprika and caper butter and the Hake with the sea purslane, confit fennel and new potatoes.

May Specials

Step into May and with the seasonally stunning Norfolk Asparagus served with hen’s egg, Sussex pancetta and warm butter sauce. A beautifully light Minted pea and Chalke Valley watercress soup, sour cream and pea shoots.

The indulgently light dessert ideal for the warmer months is back. The Vanilla Panna Cotta, with the perfect wobble, is served with sweet caramelised and bound to be a popular choice.

Introducing our 2019/2020 Charity Partner

Muscle Help Foundation

I am absolutely delighted to announce our new charity partner Muscle Help Foundation (MHF), founded by Michael McGrath. A local charity rooted in family values, MHF delivers transformational experiences in the UK called Muscle Dreams for children and young people (8-29yrs) with Muscular Dystrophy (MD) and allied neuromuscular conditions. MHF gives its beneficiaries and their families hope, inspiration and empowerment.

Throughout the year there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved with our fundraising activities.
