Q. What is the fee and how does our unit pay it? A. The $100 unit fee has the same options as member renewal. You can pay online or at a Scout Service Center.
Q. If my unit is paying for members, can I continue to review members after completing the Unit Renewal? A. Yes! The two processes are independent.
Q. What if I need to change a leader's position? A. The Charter Org Rep (COR) or the COR Delegate can make those changes in Position Manager before the unit renews.
Q. How does my unit mark Scouts or Scouters as not being renewed? A. Click the "Opt Out" option on the Roster in Organization Manager.
Q. Is there a minimum number of Scouts required to renew? A. Yes. All units must have a minimum of 5 youth participants. For Crews and Ships, these may be "multiple" members (i.e., youth registered as primary in a Troop or other unit).
