Support for residents and businesses

Dear resident,

We are here to do all we can to help you, your family and the Swindon community in the days, weeks and months ahead as we get through the coronavirus pandemic.

I’ve seen first-hand how staff across the council are working hard to continue to provide vital social care services to our vulnerable adults and children.

Inevitably some council services have been disrupted, but we are doing everything in our control to reduce this.

It is inspiring to see the Swindon community rallying round in response to the current challenges faced across the country.

We’re Here for Swindon – please contact us on 01793 445500 if you need help.

Councillor David Renard,

Leader of Swindon Borough Council

Advice on bonfires

Please be considerate of your neighbours when lighting bonfires in your back garden, remembering most people are at home throughout the day and some will be self-isolating due to respiratory issues.
