I'm greeting you in the Advent time before Christmas. This time is magical and at the same time it might feel gloomy and tiring. I would like to brighten up your days with a small gift that I produced in cooperation with Chateau Mcely again.
During Advent time and Christmas we light candles. We invite light into darkness, into the cold and gloomy days. This light can have several meanings, such as hope. This light can help us shine light on what is really important to us. Or who to turn to in difficult times and remember who offers us their light. It can show us the way when we get lost in the flood of pre-Christmas hustle or other stressful tasks or news.
The light in our daily rush can also be a moment for ourselves. A moment that nourishes and supports our health and well-being. I offer you a short 15-minute yoga practice that can brighten up and care for your body and mind, especially when you don't have much time.
