Join Katie for one last Saturday morning Winter Forest Bathing Class this season! This 1-hr experience includes breathwork, meditation, and guided forest bathing to help you reconnect & expand your relationship with the winter months.
Join Katie & Luke for a foraging exploration on the LAST DAY of winter! During this class we’ll teach you about a variety of early spring wild foods, ethical foraging practices, habitat recognition to help you grow your foraging skills, the practice of wild tending and more.
Welcoming Spring: Special Forest Bathing Community Class Opportunity!
Celebrate the first day of spring with us at this evening forest bathing class at Siedman Park!This 1-hr experience will take you into the transforming forest for a grounding nature meditation, a short breathwork practice in the fresh air, a spring-themed forest bathing invitation, and a closing community circle among the trees. Essential oils for meditation are included. Participant limit is 18. Sign up early to save your spot.
