Hello everyone,
Half-term fun starts next week, and we know it can be a challenge to keep the little ones entertained – but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! We’ve rounded up a brilliant mix of local events, from spooky workshops and pumpkin painting to fun-filled family shows and even a few free activities. Check out the full list below and start planning your Halloween week!
Next up, a brand-new Mediterranean pizzeria and grill has opened on Newland Avenue, serving up the best of grilled gyros, meats, seafood, pasta & freshly baked pizza. Watch the video below and keep it in mind for your next takeaway night!
And last but not least, we just experienced pumpkin picking like never before – after dark, at a family-run farm near Hull! Entry and parking are both free, and there’s no booking needed, making it the perfect spontaneous autumn outing. Check out the video below and experience it while you still can!
And as always, there’s plenty more happening across Hull & East Yorkshire. To name just a few highlights: a familiar face from TV and radio is coming to Pocklington for an evening with one of music’s most influential voices; two of the greatest rock bands go head-to-head at a massive tribute night over at The Polar Bear; and Humber Street Gallery is offering guided tours of its current exhibition.
