Z-PAC Theatre proudly presents PUFFS, a hilarious, heartwarming story the whole family will love.
For seven years a certain boy wizard went to Wizard School. This, however, is not his story. This is the story of the Puffs who just happened to be there too. PUFFS - a play for anyone who has never been destined to save the world. It’s an hilarious, endearing examination of staying positive, upbeat and fun, even when you are the “losers” of Wizard School.
Z-PAC Theatre’s Artistic Director, Theresa Saunders said she was delighted the theatre could offer a production for our amazingly talented young people who are sometimes overlooked for adult content and performances. “Audiences will be charmed by the jovial, wink-wink nod to a Wizard world already familiar and fabulous. You are guaranteed to laugh out loud!” Over 24 young people auditioned for roles like Death Buddy, Blondo Malloy, Professor McG and A Certain Potions Teacher!
Written by Matt Cox and directed by Z-PAC Theatre’s Youth Theatre Teacher, Tim Holstein, the show runs July 1 - 17, 2022. Some of Mr Holstein’s previous Z-PAC shows include Almost Maine, I Love You You’re Perfect, Now Change and Godspell.
Come enjoy the spectacle of costumes, choreography, chants, spells and potions. Evening performances begin 7.30pm and matinee performances at 2pm.
