I thought this was the quickest and easiest way to get up to date information out to everyone in a quick and easy manner. We will keep you updated with any changes this way when needed.
As we are based in England we are now in lockdown until - from what we understand - at least 22nd February 2021 (this may change). Due to this Kate will be working from home, but will be able to answer your e-mails. All orders should be placed via the website now (unless we have told you any different), if you have any issues or queries please contact Kate via the normal e-mail address info@simplyscissors.com
If you have any issues logging in, Kate will be able to reset your passwords and reset your account if she needs to. If you don't know your login details or password, she can also assist with this.(If you are receiving this e-mail an account is set up already)
Due to the lockdown Kate will still be sending your orders but it will be reduced to once a week (either a Monday or Wednesday) as and when needed this is to reduce the amount of staff in the office and to reduce contact.
Our plan for the beginning of this year was to make sure the amount of stock for all product was correct to make this easier when you order, to know if we have the stock, this may not be done until we all return to the office. Some items are already updated, if they show out of stock this will be because we are waiting for stock to arrive, feel free to drop us an e-mail to check status of stock.
