Sometimes, whether it is personally or professionally, we have to remind ourselves why we start our trek in the first place. Why did we leave “base camp?” What supplies did we bring with us that are solely focused on our goal? What did we leave behind because while it is useful it doesn’t serve us on our immediate path?
There are so many distractions…. both accidental and on purpose…that can stand in our way and lead us down a detour. So, whenever self-doubt or salacious accounts of my story or other negativity threaten to distract me from my path, I remind myself what I am solving for…. bringing the idea of “yet” and all its possibilities to people who are struggling.
As you move into this new Spring season of beginnings, remember to stop occasionally, rummage through your “backpack” and remember what your quest is all about. Stay focused on the SOLVE and not the SIDETRACKS.
It has been great to hear your feedback on my website and on social media about reading this newsletter and the book. Thanks again for all your support!
