Arrival

Please note, you will not be able to access the event via Polstead Lane, Withies Lane or Stakescorner Road.

On arrival, the car park attendants will guide you through a one-way system to get you to the car park, once parked up, make your way to the event village where you can pick up your number and the chance to purchase a hot cup of coffee.

Number Pick Up

At registration, you'll be asked for your surname and confirm your details before collecting a race number and safety pins.

Once you have your number bib, move to the pins and pens area to complete the emergency details on the reverse and attach it to the top you'll be running in.

The number collection stage is very quick, we use dynamic allocation so no waiting around - make sure you wear some layers to keep warm before your run.

Toilets

Toilets will be available behind the Tithe Barn.

Bag Drop

Please bring as little as possible with you and leave as much as you can in your vehicle. Small items such as car keys can be left at the number pickup desk.

The Course

Both the 10K and 5K courses are going to be mind-gripping, leg-burning, heart-racing and thrilling - don’t forget your trail running shoes!

If there's much rain before the weekend and spikes become advisable, we'll let you know.

Although they start and finish in the same place, the 10K and 5K will split and merge in multiple places as they weave around the estate. Please remain alert, follow the signs and listen to directions from marshals to stay on track.

There has been some storm damage to the Loseley Estate trees but we have made your route clear, you may also notice the Hogs Back ridge will be looking very sparse, unfortunately the tress had to be cut back as they were suffering with some ash dieback, this just gives you the chance to see some more amazing Surrey Hills views!
