Dear sir/madam,
I have been asking for help for years from authorities in regard to what is commonly called “electronic harassment” more accurately called microwave or electromagnetic spectrum / weaponized wifi or directed energy weapons attacks.
Your recent interest in the microwave attacks on our diplomats overseas, and now on Americans in Washington DC and Miami, has encouraged me to reach out to tell you that it is not just diplomats on foreign soil, nor government workers on American soil who are being attacked and harmed. There are thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of upstanding citizens who are being targeted for similar attacks by covert, cowardly domestic terrorists for reasons I do not fully understand.
Rather than guessing, I implore you to invite victims to identify themselves to you or a special task force by mail, email, or by a special emergency phone line, and have an experienced investigator (familiar with these weapons) interview them to add to your investigation. Then you may be more able to accurately put the pieces together as to what villains are secretly waging war on innocent, unarmed, non-combatant civilians on American soil, thereby endangering us all.
Do ask about physical injuries, to ascertain the seriousness of these weapons and the similarities to those of known victims given thorough care like our diplomats. Many we believe, have already died of cumulative injuries.
