Dear GNN faithful,
As you have probably heard , our Co- Founder and leader Philip Shahi was involved in an accident with a bus. He had just got off bus motorcycle and was walking across the street when the bus hit him. He was knocked out and taken to the hospital on the floor of a golf cart. Philip was found later to have 2 broken legs, a hand injury and face injury. Thankfully ala Philip he hadn’t taken his helmet off yet!!
Philip needed O type blood but it was found to run in his family!
Today he had surgery on the most serious leg and tomorrow the less serious leg. He is talking and seems to be mentally fine, praise God!
Susila is very emotional and needs our prayers, as well as Philip, of course.
Pray too, for our staff in Nepalgunj that now needs to pick up the slack for an almost irreplaceable man!
