Greetings everyone!
The last two weeks have been exciting in some good ways and some could-be-better ways.
The good:
- Last week the testing phase on my new corset line was completed and we moved onto the next phase, which is grading it in different sizes and making the permanent templates for the factory. I'm about 50% done with the templates and should be able to ship them off next week, for a tentative launch date of early July!
- This week the Rainbow Satin colorway dropped and it is GORGEOUS. More on that below...
- Shortly after launching the Designer Doll, I had the time to make some additional features like several types of lace applique. Now it's more fun than ever - give it a try!
The bad:
My toddler brought home pneumonia from daycare, and if you've been around long enough, you know that I've had bad luck with respiratory infections since I was a kid. I was hospitalized last weekend for pneumonia with high fever that wouldn't go away, along with sinus infection, ear infection, and costochondritis. I'm writing this from my bed as I'm on bed rest orders. This has thrown a wrench in all my projects, but I am finally starting to make improvements and I'm so motivated to get back to work!
