The former factory worker from Italy is now one of the fastest-growing creators on TikTok, with his deadpan reactions. His rapid rise is in some ways a rejection of the hyper-produced group of Gen Z creators that have emerged in the past year. 3. Taking a moment to reflect before and after a talk is a technique that will accelerate your growth as a speaker and a human. Be excited to change people’s lives (in any small way) before your talk, and be thankful for the opportunity to do so when it’s done.
