Submitting a NSF LOI?

All Letters of Intent (LOI) for Site, proposals and supplements must be submitted by the proposing organization's Sponsored Projects Office via FastLane not by the PIs. The MSU Office of Sponsored Programs receives many FastLane notifications every day. Don’t forget to notify both DER and OSP when you are ready to submit, so your LOI is properly submitted.

NSF Important Message

As a reminder, both Fastlane and Research.gov will be unavailable from Friday evening, November 8 at 8:00 PM EST through Tuesday morning, November 12 at 6:00 AM EST, while NSF updates the platform for these applications.
