An attempted robbery occurred aboard a Philippines-flagged Bulk Carrier while it was underway in the Singapore Strait.

The duty crew observed four perpetrators in the engine room. Upon raising the alarm, the perpetrators fled the scene. No items were reported stolen, and all crew members are safe. The vessel is scheduled to enter Singapore port for further inspection.
