In our latest 2025 update: A new grant from the Ethereum Foundation, a speaking engagement at ETHDam, and the renewal of PrivateStorage’s partnership with ProxyStore.

We're excited to share that we have been awarded a grant from the Ethereum Foundation’s Verified zkEVM program to develop Lean blueprints for two cryptographic protocols: STIR and WHIR. 

These are interactive oracle proofs of proximity (IOPPs) for Reed-Solomon codes.

This initiative supports the growing importance of Formal Verification in Ethereum and zero-knowledge systems, helping to strengthen the foundation for secure and reliable decentralized applications.

From Freedom to Autonomy: How Internet Freedom Principles Can Shape Web3 Privacy

Happening May 9–11 in Amsterdam, ETHDam is a 3-day conference and hackathon focused on Privacy, Security & AI in Web3.

It brings together builders, researchers, rebels, and privacy advocates to push the boundaries of decentralization and freedom tech.

Least Authority CEO & Managing Director Liz Steininger will present "From Freedom to Autonomy: How Internet Freedom Principles Can Shape Web3 Privacy."

The Internet Freedom Movement made privacy non-negotiable, treating it as essential for enabling free expression, secure communications, and resistance to surveillance.

Drawing from personal experience working with Internet Freedom projects—many of which predate blockchains or have developed in parallel—Liz will explore how lessons from this movement can inform and strengthen Web3's approach to privacy and user empowerment.
