I am on Chapter 50 of my new novel, Alien Times - Book 2. I have strayed far from my original outline draft and now have to determine the best way to finish this book 2 on a suspenseful ending.
I have something in mind that popped into my head as sometimes happen when involved in the creative writing process. When that occurs, you think, how did that happen? I always look forward to sudden thoughts of inspiration when I'm writing or thinking about the next chapter in a book. In this case, it happened while I thought about the ending and leaving enough unfinished business to finish the series in Book 3.
