Prison Violence Falls By 83% Thanks To Table Tennis

An article has highlighted sports' ability to reduce reoffending, inside & out of prison, studying the work of HMP High Down in Surrey in partnership with Brighton Table Tennis Club coaches. Figures showed violent behaviour fell by 83% among attendees.

Magic Little Grants

This fund gives local charities and community groups the chance to apply online for a £500 grant to deliver projects across Great Britain that encourage people to be physically active. Successful projects will support and inspire people to participate in sports or exercise with the primary aim of improving the physical health of participants.

Cash 4 Clubs

Cash 4 Clubs is a sports funding scheme which gives clubs a chance to apply for grants to improve facilities, purchase new equipment, gain coaching qualifications, and generally invest in the sustainability of their club. They will accept written or video applications, so now is your chance to be creative and stand out from the crowd!
