Padres Cycle Inn is hiring an event manager and crew leaders. We're offering paid positions as well as trade positions where you can work an event, in exchange for using Padre's for free on an event. Send us an email if you are interested!
Event Managers are responsible for running Padre's Cycle Inn events, which includes ensuring operations run smoothly, managing crew, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Managers must have strong organizational skills, good leadership skills, and the ability to manager others. Crew Leaders are responsible for ensuring our campsite is setup and taken down efficiently. They lead and manage staff to attain these goals.
General Crew members are also needed. They set up and break down camp each day, deliver luggage, and keep the Padre's Zone stocked and running smoothly.
All positions are part time and flexible. You work the events you're able to work and have the rest of the year off to do other things. We have seven events per year; most are one week events. Manager pay for a one week event can range from $2500 to $3500. Events run from April through September.
