Dear USET/USET SPF Family,

Today, the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) will be hosting a Tribal Leader Caucus to discuss the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Tribal Consultation on Renewable Energy Infrastructure. This caucus is closed to federal participants and press and will provide Tribal Leaders the opportunity to openly discuss issues related to renewable energy infrastructure. Following the Tribal Leader Caucus, the USDA will host a Tribal consultation on funding received from the Inflation Reduction Act (P.L. 117-169) for electric vehicle charging stations and related energy and electric programs. For more information on this consultation, please refer to USDA’s Dear Tribal Leader Letter.
