Do you have yoga or other wellness initiatives at work?
Good morning
I am reaching out to you today as I need your help. I have space to take on a new corporate yoga client, who would like to start weekly Zoom virtual yoga classes for their teams.
My current corporate clients are furloughed and using the class for some headspace, some movement and as a team activity, while their businesses are closed.
Other clients I worked with were very much still in work (in healthcare actually) and were using the classes as a welcome distraction from the seriousness of the pandemic, and to use Zoom for something other than meetings.
Yoga has been proven as an effective way to relieve stress, strengthen the body and mind, and improve overall health and wellbeing in employees. Employers who offer corporate yoga can expect to see positive results, including higher productivity, and a more positive attitude among employees. It sends a clear message that staff wellness is a priority and can form an integral part of any benefits package.
Classes can be streamed across conference software your company already use – Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc.
Choose from
- Flow (Vinyasa)
- Yin
- Restorative
- Or a combination of class styles over the term
Class length can be 40-60 minutes.
As an incentive, to give you a little taster, I am offering companies who are serious about their staff wellbeing, a complimentary 30 minute trial class, to see if corporate yoga might be for them.
If you would like to sign up, or if you would like to forward me the relevant contact details with the persons permission/speak to your HR dept or exec on my behalf, about whether this could be something for your colleagues, I would be grateful.
Kind Regards, Margaret
