Often times in the blogging world, wellness is something we try to fit in, "right after we've finished this article."
The truth is, if we don't take care of ourselves, we aren't going to be doing our best work anyhow. Plus, as we've talked about before, blogger burnout doesn't exactly wait until you've finished the next article. It strikes, and then you go into recovery mode, and cross your fingers that your brain might be useful again down the line.
