How are you?

With Spring officially just days away, it's time to get into that SPRING MINDSET and LIFESTYLE. We often associate Spring with "Spring Cleaning." And, I'll be honest, I haven't quite gotten around to that. Have you?  I think there are other ways to "clean" besides dusting and pulling out all the "products."  Instead, I decided to start the process of SPRING-I-FYing my life.  Making things FRESH and RENEWED. Getting rid of old habits that don't serve, and starting or beefing up others. AND YOU?

MENTAL MOMENTUM

Many of us have not been as active over the past year.  But, Spring reminds us to pick up our MENTAL MOMENTUM. TRY the "1-A WEEK HAPPY CHALLENGE."

     Make it a point each week to purposely incorporate something into your everyday life that makes you HAPPY.  Whether it's Dancing, Gardening, Reading, Listening to Music, Talking to Others, or Taking a Class.  It's about being Serious about our Happiness.
