Invitation to the DTAA NSW/ACT Regional Gathering 2026

The DTAA warmly invites DTAA members from Sydney and surrounding areas of NSW and the ACT to come together to move, connect, share and imagine.

We also welcome practising DMTs who are not currently DTAA members, DMT students, those considering training to become a Dance Movement Therapist and those who would like to know more about Dance Movement Therapy through embodied exploration.

This will be a space to re-connect with one another, explore our shared and unique DMT interests and skills, foster the community of people passionate about Dance Movement Therapy within NSW and the ACT, and actively engage with and contribute to the vision of the DTAA. The session will be experiential and explorative in nature.

DTAA President, Robyn Price, will host this NSW/ACT Branch Gathering, sharing with you the DTAA's vision for the DMT profession within Australasia.

When: Sunday, 2 August 2026
Where: The Drill Hall, 1c New Beach Road, Darling Point NSW 2027
Time: 2.00pm-4.00pm

Cancellation Policy: 
To qualify for a refund, event cancellations must be made in writing (via email) as follows: 7 or more days prior to event date = 100% refund. Cancellations made 3 - 6 days prior to the event date = 50% refund. No refund is due for cancellation received within 48 hours of the event. If there are extenuating circumstances, please email the event contact person. All refunds will be processed no more than 14 days after the event.
