For those of you that are taking the day off, please get out in nature at some point – then tweet me @luellajonk to let me know what you did or send a photo by email - I want to know!
My Dad immigrated to Manitoba in 1954 from The Netherlands. I am sure many of you came from immigrant families as well. He took up farming in an area called Pembina Hills, Southwest Manitoba. Dad called this area ‘God’s Country’ – he loved Canada.
We have so many things to be proud of – especially in the midst of Covid! We did so well!
So let’s celebrate by playing this hit 🎵song and replace Alabama with Manitoba!!
Have a great day!
