If you missed the informational session on Tuesday that shared updates about stabilization progress on the Four Lakes dams, click on the links below to watch a recording of the webinar or see the presentation.
Presenters also shared changes to the floodplain that will impact Sanford and Edenville dams. You can see the permit flood map that indicates changes to the floodplain on the Sanford Dam page. Floodplain maps will be released when we near completion of each dam's final design.
Have a one-on-one discussion regarding your operations assessment. No appointments are necessary and property owners may arrive at any time during the session. Please come prepared with your parcel ID number and any supporting photos or documentation related to your questions/dispute. There will be two additional days of review in April.
All property owners in the Four Lakes Special Assessment District should receive a letter in the mail from FLTF within the next two weeks. The purpose of the letter is to inform property owners of upcoming opportunities to have a one-on-one discussion regarding your tentative special assessment via the Preliminary Days of Review. The letter also shares information regarding the special assessment hearing and appeal process.
If you own property in the Four Lakes SAD and do not receive a letter by mid-February at the same address that your tax bill is sent to, please let us know so we can update our records.
