Bridgerton's Adjoa Andoh voices new audio tour at the Holburne
The Holburne Museum in Bath, known world-wide as the filming location for Lady Danbury’s House in Bridgerton, has launched a new audio tour voiced by the actor Adjoa Andoh who plays Lady Danbury in the hit Netflix series.
The world of Bridgerton may be fictional, but the true history of Bath’s Georgian heyday is every bit as fascinating. Adjoa Andoh’s voice will guide visitors around the Holburne, focusing on 12 objects in the museum’s collection which bring Georgian Bath to life, including a portrait of Queen Charlotte aged 21, an 18th century snuffbox and a miniature silhouette portrait.

Eka Flex'it jewellery by FOPE
Since 1929,
FOPE has been combining heritage, future craftsmanship, innovation, luxury and
discretion. With its roots in Italian goldsmith tradition, the contemporary
designs are based on Novecento mesh, the Flex’it technology and the mix of gold
colours.
A masterpiece of jewellery
making and engineering at the same time, Flex’it is a patented system for
producing jewellery that is entirely and uniquely flexible, comfortable and
easy to wear, in 18-carat gold. Flex’it is the brand’s signature: if FOPE
jewellery is known the world over, it is because of the mesh that is made
flexible by a patented system of tiny 18-carat gold springs, which create
original styles and fits.
In Sanskrit, Eka means one,
and has been so named as the first collection that launched Flex’it technology:
a new way of wearing gold jewellery. Genderless and ageless, FOPE's Eka
collection is an element to be experienced casually in your everyday life,
for a style that transcends fashion, space and time.
The Eka Flex'it bracelets
epitomise the understated elegance of FOPE and pair perfectly with Solo Flex'it
bracelets, like the Fope Solo Flex'It 18ct Yellow Gold Bracelet with Yellow and
White Gold Diamond and Plain Rondels, £4,650, pictured below.

M—A (A SPACE BETWEEN)
It’s great to feature a magazine with local roots, and here we have M—A (A SPACE BETWEEN), a journal that curates original and archival artworks on a specific theme. Co-founded in Bath by British designer Joe Richards and French designer Manon Duhamel in 2020, the title is now solely published by Joe, who lectures at Bath Spa University and The Royal College of Art. Issue 4 contains works by 31 contributing artists, configured in a stream-of-consciousness visual narrative exploring the idea of ‘Signals’. Artists include Anselm Kiefer, Daniel Obasi, Sun Yitian, John Cage and Yoko Ono, plus interviews with Lidewij Edelkoort and Martin Margiela, who also made imagery specifically for the issue. There are only 650 copies and, with a cast like this, it’s likely to sell out fast.
