Consideration of an ordinance that would legalize and regulate the driving of small utility vehicles, or UTVs, on city streets. These are primarily used by the baseball club and the school district.
An updated agreement with Cox Communications to continue permitting the provision of cable TV services in Bennington. The agreement allows Cox access to public rights of way and requires certain standards of service.
Approval to pay for early concept and design work at the new parkland planned for the south side of Bennington Road at Johns-Bohn Park.
